CASE STUDY – Energy Statement Ahmaddiyya Muslim Community Centre, West London

Blewburton were appointed to provide an analysis of the energy demand and CO2 emissions associated with the re-development of the site to meet the requirements of the London Plan Energy Policy.
The analysis was based on SBEM outputs and methodology contained within the Non-Domestic Building Services Compliance Guide 2013 Edition for the non-domestic development and CIBSE benchmarks for the residential development.
The results were presented following the stages of the energy hierarchy (Lean, Clean, Green) as defined within the London Plan and Greater London Authority (GLA) guidance.
