SAP calcs for town houses – London Borough of Sutton

Blewburton Limited performed the requisite SAP calculations and modelling to allow the developer to avoid a costly air source heat pump installation that would not have met the specific carbon reduction compliance for this local authority.

SAP (Part L1A) and Code assessment for sixteen dwellings – West Oxfordshire

This development is a rural exception site which requires a minimum Code Level 3 compliance. Blewburton Limited took the development from pre-assessment, design, consultancy and Post Construction Review, and Blewburton performed the SAP calculations to help all dwellings exceed Part L1A by at least 25%.
