Feltham have used Blewburton for Part L Building Control and Sustainability advice over the past 7 years and have found their input at both the Tender and Construction stages invaluable.

Blewburton have been part of our valued team of regular consultants for several years now. Elise worked with our Development Management team to negotiate the sustainable elements of planning applications and to develop the carbon offset fund that developers pay into if they fail to meet the Council’s carbon reduction criteria. She provided an excellent service and really enhanced our ability to negotiate more sustainable schemes. We would highly recommend her.

Ian has provided sustainability and energy related services to Wokingham Borough Council over a period of many years and we have always found him, and Blewburton in general, to be easy and efficient to deal with, knowledgeable and pragmatic in approach, with a good understanding of the competing needs and issues that a Local Authority have to contend with.
