We are licenced to carry out Home Quality Mark assessments, BRE’s sustainability assessment scheme for new residential developments. We have advised developers on compliance issues and are keen to see this scheme gain more traction within the developer community. Very few schemes have been completed to date and our experience is highlighted below.
